At the time of writing this article Raizers is the newest originator who has joined EvoEstate, our investors have already had a chance in two of their projects. Raizers is one of the few originators that have A level risk on EvoEstate Originators page and I decided in this article to share more information about the company.

Raizers were founded in 2014, to finance real estate projects in France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg. The company is directly regulated by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) as Participatory Investment Advisor (CIP – ORIAS N°14007002) and by the Belgian Financial Markets Authority (FSMA) as an Alternative Financing Platform (PFA).

In 2016 they have launched their financing operations and with a slower start, in the first three years, they have financed just over 7M EUR worth of loans. The loans from 2016 and 2017 have been fully repaid, while 73.4% of the loans from 2018, out of which only 4.18% of the 2018 loan book was reported as late.

However, in 2019 their financing operations experienced almost 5X growth and it is expected that they’d double that number in 2020. Below you can find full Raizers Key Performance Indicators.

Introducing Raizers - key performance indicators

Institutional Investors
Capitalium an independent asset management company based in Geneva, Switzerland, offering premium services to Swiss and international clients, which offers asset management and family office services. They have joined forces with Raizers to launch a European investment fund dedicated to real estate development. Over the last few years, Capitalium and Raizers have established themselves as two leading players in their respective markets and this collaboration reinforces the innovative dynamics of both companies.

The creation of this mortgage fund will provide unique access, alongside individual and institutional investors, to operations worth up to 8 million euros. This initiative is part of an acceleration phase in a European crowdfunding market acknowledging a strong growth in demand (+102% in 2019).

Raizers, the European real estate crowdfunding platform and Capitalium, the Swiss-based asset manager and family office, are launching a partnership investment fund designed to co-invest alongside the crowdfunding investors in real estate transactions selected by Raizers.

We are more than happy to have them joining the list of our originators and we believe that their investment opportunities will be a positive addition for further diversification of portfolios.
